SHIPPING POLICY
Every item you shop at Bläck-Cirkus is handmade in house. All my products are made to order so please keep in mind that every order will require different time for me to produce them. I am shipping all over the world. Fares and time depend on both the destination of the parcel and the type of item you are ordering. Check below to see further information on approximate estimated delivery time once the order has been made and ready to go. However I will keep you posted throughout the process and let you know once the piece has been completed and when it has been dispatched from my lab.
SHIPPING (approximately)
to Europe: from 3 to 5 days
to the USA/Australia/New Zealand: from 7 to 14 days
to the rest of the world: from 14 to more days
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Since everything here at BläckCirkus is a unique piece, result of hours of dedication to that piece only,
I am afraid to say that I am unable to accept returns. However, if the piece of clothing is faulty in any way,
I am more than open for you to hand it over to me so I can fix the issue for you whatever that is and send it back as soon as possible. Please send me a message or email in case you want me to help you with this.
